浅谈汽车起重机力矩限制器的现场检验和调整

力矩限制器是汽车起重机重要的安全保护装置,汽车起重机的使用磨损或者更换部件等因素都会对力矩限制器的准度和精度产生影响。为使力矩限制器发挥应有的作用,必须定期进行检验和调整。笔者以PEC-03T为例阐述了力矩限制器检验和调整的方法,减少由于超载超幅而引起的事故。

Discussion on Truck Crane Torque Limiter Inspection and adjustment

Torque limiter is a safety device of truck crane,the using wear and replacing parts of truck crane and other factors will impact on accuracy and precision of torque limiter.In order to play torque limiter due role,It must be inspected and adjusted periodically.This paper takes the PEC-03T as example to describe the inspection and adjustment methods of torque limiter to reduce the accident by overload and super site.
