| Abstract: | The thesis explained the process how SKS is transformed from family enterprise to modern enterprise,and put forward the reasons which restricted the family company's development,and also pointed out the reforms that influence the production relationship of modern enterprise and management system according to the actual situation.It also provided favorable conditions to the enterprise's further growth and development. |
