基于SG滤波器和组合窗STFT的滚动轴承故障诊断方法

摘    要:针对随机噪声和传统窗函数对STFT分解质量的影响,提出了一种基于SG滤波和组合窗STFT的滚动轴承故障诊断方法。首先用SG滤波器去除原始振动信号中随机噪声的干扰,再利用长、短窗函数得到一个组合窗函数提高STFT的时频分辨率。对仿真信号和试验轴承振动信号的分析结果表明,该方法能有效地提取滚动轴承故障特征。

Abstract:Due to the influence caused by random noises and typical window function on STFT results,a fault diagnosis method for rolling bearing is proposed based on SG filter and STFT with combining window.Firstly,SG filter is applied to eliminate the disturbance of background noise,and then a combining window function,which is used to improve the resolution of STFT,is got by a long window and a short window.The analysis of simulation signal and the vibration signal of experimental bearing shows that this method could extract fault characteristics of rolling bearing effectively.
