摘    要:通过直读光谱、金相检验及洛氏硬度对H13钢2#KO失效原因进行分析,结果表明,模具水孔氧化脱碳和硬度未达到技术要求是造成2#KO早期失效的主要原因,使用特殊涂料处理水孔以及采用新的热处理工艺后,H13钢2#KO模具寿命提高2倍以上。

Abstract:The failure analysis on the 2# KO die made of steel H13 is investigated by using direct reading spectrometry,metallographic examination and Rockwell hardness test.The results show that the main reasons for the early failure of 2# KO is that the decarburization of the water hole and lower hardness than technical requirement in the die.The service life of the die is improved significantly by adopting special coatings and new heat treatment technology.
