摘    要:在三维软件中,创建标准齿条型刀具模型,按共轭齿廓互为包络的原理,研究了通过布尔运算实现渐开线齿轮虚拟切削加工的问题,得到了具有完整齿廓特征的精确渐开线齿轮模型。利用CATIA V5的知识工程模块及二次开发功能具体完成齿轮的参数化设计,其建模原理和方法不失为复杂曲面零件的数字化建模一种有效途径。

Precise Modeling of Involute Gear based on the Envelop Theory in CATIA V5 Environment

Abstract:The standard rack-type cutter model is created in three-dimensional software.The virtual machining by involute gear through Boolean operation is studied according to the mutual envelop theory of conjugate profiles.The precise involute gear model with complete profile characteristic is obtained.The parametric design of gear was constructed by using CATIA V5 knowledge engineering module and the secondary development function.It’s modeling principles and methods are an effective way for complex curving workpieces of digital modeling.
