摘    要:餐饮业作为现代服务业的重要组成部分,在飞速发展的同时,也不可避免地存在激烈的竞争。企业要在经营创新上不断突破,应当以体验经济理论为指导,以顾客的体验消费为着眼点,将餐饮产品研发的目标与机制建立在消费者的个性化体验之上,从而赢得消费者,并力争打造个性化的餐饮品牌。
