| 摘 要： | 印制电路板在焊接过程中受温度影响常伴有分层（delamination）问题,分层问题是电路板的重大品质问题之一,文章从PCB的材料、图形设计、加工参数三个方向对PCB分层进行分析总结,并根据原因提出解决方法。
