摘    要:设计一种基于电磁超材料的吸波体。该吸波体由两层金属及其中间的有耗介质组成,上层金属是由刻蚀交叉缝隙贴片形成的电谐振器,下层金属不做刻蚀,作为接地平面。通过优化结构参数,得到一种极化不敏感、宽入射角的超薄吸波结构,其吸波率达到99.7%,厚度只有约0.009λ。分析该吸波体的吸收机理及结构参数对吸波性能的影响。测试结果表明,该设计所获得的结果与仿真结果几乎一致。

Abstract:A metamaterial absorber was designed.It is composed of two metallic layers separated by a lossy dielectric spacer.The top layer consists of etched oblique cross-gap patch set in a periodic pattern and the bottom one is a solid metal.By optimizing geometry parameters of the structure,a polarization-insensitive,wide-incident-angle ultra-thin absorber whose absorption is 99.7% and thickness is only 0.009λ was obtained.The absorbing mechanism and the effect of structure parameters on absorbing performance were analyzed,respectively.The experiment results have a good agreement with the simulation results.
