摘    要:综述了国内外TiO2碳热还原氮化法制备TiN,Ti(C,N)粉末的研究进展。叙述研究的主要内容及热动力学分析、反应机理、工艺参数等。低成本规模化制备高质量、超细TiN,Ti(C,N)粉末正成为国内外关注的热点。随着研究的深入和制备工艺的改进发展,更简便、经济、有效的制备技术将使TiN,Ti(C,N)粉末具有更广阔的工业应用前景。

Abstract:Research development in the synthesis of TiN,Ti(C,N) by carbothermal reduction and nitriding of TiO2 at home and abroad is introduced.And thermodynamic and kinetic analysis,reaction mechanism,process parameters are summed up.Low cost and scale preparation of high quality,superfine TiN,Ti(C,N) powder is becoming the focus of attention.With the development of research and preparation process,more simple,economic and effective preparation technology will provide a broader industrial application prospect for TiN,Ti(C,N) powder.
