摘    要:基于TC4合金的应变率和温度相关单轴应力-应变曲线试验数据,优化估计了Johnson-Cook、修正Zerilli-Arm-strong和Bammann黏塑性三种动态本构模型的材料参数,对比分析了三种本构模型对TC4单轴变形试验数据的描述能力。结果表明:在TC4变形试验参数范围内,Bammann黏塑性模型可以较好地描述TC4合金的应变率和温度相关变形行为;Johnson-Cook模型和修正Zerilli-Armstrong模型的单轴应力-应变曲线计算结果比较接近,但与试验数据的相关性相对较差,均不能如实反映TC4室温动态压缩试验的应变率敏感性。

Abstract:Material parameters in Johnson-Cook model,modified Zerilli-Armstrong and Bammann viscoplasticity model were estimated by least-squares optimization method based on uniaxial deformation data of TC4 under quasi-static and dynamic loading.The ability of three constitutive models to model the strain rate and temperature dependent deformation behavior of TC4 was evaluated.The result indicates that Bammann model correlates TC4 test data best.Johnson-Cook model and modified Zerilli-Armstrong model have similar correlation and prediction ability to TC4 test data,but they cannot describe the strain rate sensitivity under dynamic loading at room temperature well.
