铬钼钢在氢蚀下的疲劳裂纹扩展研究

摘    要:对铬钼钢在氢腐蚀环境下的疲劳裂纹扩展行为作了研究.重点考查了在不同的温度、压力、时间和载荷比等情况下的疲劳裂纹扩展特性,并找出了对Paris公式中的系数的影响趋势.从而为石油化工设备的寿命评估、安全评定以及压力容器的可靠性设计提供必要的理论和实验依据.

Abstract:Study has been made of on fatigue crack propagation Cr-Mo steels under hydrogen attack. The emphasis is put on the feature of fatigue crack propagation of the steel under different temperature, attack time, pressure and load ratio. The tendency has been found that affect the efficiency of Paris formuls. Hence, the both theoretical &experimental has been provided for life predication,safe appreciation and reliabile design of petrochemical pressure vessels.
