摘    要:针对液压系统油温过高的危害、产生的原因和预防措施;应用变频技术到恒温源液压系统,利用PLC控制器对冷却系统中电机运行变频调速,实现液压系统油温过高的控制和系统节能。

Abstract:This paper analyzes the hazards, causes and prevention measures of high oil temperature in hydraulic system. The frequency conversion technology was applied in the hydraulic systems with the constant temperature, and using PLC controller can control frequency of motor in the cooling system, to achieve an aim at control of high oil temperature and energy- conservation in hydraulic system.
