三菱PLC数值处理算法及程序实现

摘    要:为提高PLC数值处理程序的设计效率,依据计算机表达式求值原理,提出PLC数值处理的算法.设计三菱PLC模块化程序SFC图结构,运用变址寄存器技术,实现处理过程自动寻址,设计循环分析判定方式,完成了数值处理模块程序,并指出了算法编程实现的要点.该程序能简化算式编程,易于以此为基础二次开发,实现可重复调用的浮点数计算,简化PLC过程控制中应用自编算法的编程难度.

Abstract:In order to improve the efficiency of PLC numerical processing program design,based on the principle of computer expression evaluation,a numerical processing algorithm for PLC is designed.Mitsubishi PLC modular program structure SFC is designed by using the technology of index register,to achieved automatic addressing in the process.The judging method of cycle analysis is designed to achieved automatic addressing in the process.The judging method of cycle analysis is designed,the numerical processing module program is completed,and the main points of algorithm programming realizing is presented.This program can simplify arithmetic expression programming,and it is convenient for secondary development.It can be reused to achieved floating point numbers calculation,which simplifies the programming difficulty of designed algorithms for PLC processing control.
