| 摘 要： | 研究以干馏油页岩渣为主料，添加适量粘结剂、少量膨胀剂等，经粉磨造粒、在双筒内螺旋陶粒实验炉用还原焰焙烧制备出陶粒，主要指标达到超轻陶粒国标。本试验研究对实现利用高烧失量干馏油页岩废渣制备陶粒工业化生产具有借鉴意义。

| Abstract: | The ceramisite is prepared with oil shale residue as main raw material, appropriate amount of binder and a little swelling agent, then fired in carbonizing flame in double cylinder helical ceramsite experimental furnace. The main indicators can meet the national standard of super light ceramsite. |
