Alpha稳定分布噪声背景下MPSK信号参数估计

摘    要:针对基于二阶循环统计量的参数估计算法在Alpha稳定分布噪声中严重退化的问题,提出了一种基于分数低阶循环谱的多进制相移键控(m-ary phase shift keying,MPSK)信号参数估计算法.研究了MPSK信号的分数低阶循环谱,对于不同M值下的相移键控(phase shift keying,PSK)信号,分析了其参数(载波频率和码元速率)和相应分数低阶循环谱中参数(频率和循环频率)的关系,在此基础上给出了适合所有PSK信号的载波频率和码元速率估计算法.实验结果表明,在Alpha稳定分布噪声背景下,基于分数低阶循环谱的算法明显优于基于二阶循环谱的算法,高斯噪声背景下两种算法性能相当.

Abstract:In order to solve the problem that the parameter estimation algorithm based on second-order cyclic statistics will significantly degrade in Alpha stable distribution noise environment, a parameter estimation algorithm for m-ary phase shift keying(MPSK)signals based on the fractional lower-order cyclic spectrum was proposed. The fractional lower-order cyclic spectrum of MPSK signals was studied. For phase shift keying(PSK)signals with different M values, the relationship between the parameters of the signals(carrier frequency and symbol rate)and the parameters(frequency and cyclic frequency)in the corresponding fractional lower-order cyclic spectrum were analyzed. And thus, the estimation algorithms for carrier frequency and symbol rate suitable for all PSK signals were given. The experimental results show that in Alpha stable distribution noise environment, the algorithm based on fractional lower-order cyclic spectrum is obviously superior to that based on second-order cycle spectrum. Moreover, two algorithms exhibit similar performances in Gaussian noise environment.
