| 摘 要： | 针对Cr12MoV模具钢应用中的失效问题,结合Cr12MoV模具钢的特性,从锻造工艺、热处理工艺、线切割等模具生产中的主要环节,总结了Cr12MoV钢冲模制造工艺的主要问题和国内研究进展状况。分析了各生产环节中工艺参数变化对Cr12MoV钢的开裂、碳化物大小和分布、基体组织与性能的变化和影响因素,概述了各环节中应采取的应对措施。
