A356.2铝合金铸造工艺的生产实践

摘    要:目前,A356.2铝合金主流的生产工艺有人工搅拌+链式铸造和电磁搅拌+热顶铸造两种方式,通过对上述产品的取样,对比分析了化学成分、组织结构和物理性能等,得出电磁搅拌+热顶铸造工艺生产的产品质量在各个方面均优于人工搅拌+链式铸造生产工艺产品质量,是生产高质量A356.2铝合金产品的发展方向。

Abstract:Production processes which are hand agitation+ chain casting and electromagnetic stirring+ hot heading casting are used for producing A356.2 aluminum alloy.This article analyzes above products samples、chemical composition、structural feature and physical characteristic,reaches that the electromagnetic stirring+hot heading casting process is superior to hand agitation+chain casting process.The author suggest that electromagnetic stirring+hot heading casting process would be used to improve quality of A356.2 aluminum alloy product.
