| 摘 要： | 对影响安钢150t转炉钢铁料消耗的因素进行了分析，找出了降低钢铁料消耗的有效途径。通过采取少渣炼钢，提高终点命中率、减少连铸钢包浇余等一系列措施，使每吨钢的转炉钢铁料消耗降低了26．5kg，经济效益显著。

| Abstract: | Factors that have impacts on steel material consumption in the 150 tons of steel converter were analyzed to identify the effective way of reducing the consumption of steel material.Through a series of measures i.e.less slag steel making,increasing the final hit rate,decreasing the cast ladle left-over,the converter steel material consumption is reduced by 26.5kg / t steel,which has significant economic benefit. |
