筒形基础在海底管道维修中的应用研究

筒型基础具有支承、沉拔、气浮及升降4个方面的基本功能,是具有广泛应用前景的新型海洋工程基础。开发筒型基础这4个方面功能在永久性或临时性海洋结构物或海洋装置上的应用,可使工程得以简化,使经济效益明显提高。在海底管道维修领域,筒型基础可作为管道支承结构、维修舱基础及管道提升装置等。对筒型基础在海底管道维修方面应用的可行性进行综述分析,同时对渤海渤西管道维修常压干式舱的设计及其在维修工程中的应用情况作一介绍。

Application of Suction Foundation Technique in Repairing Subsea Pipelines

The suction foundation (bucket foundation) with its four fundamenta! functions-loads supporting, self-penetrating dovvn/pulling up, self-floating with entrapped air inside the buckets and lifting up/lowering down the deck structure by bucket operations.has been shown to be promising as a new type of foundation for offshore structures. Development of these functions could significantly simplify offshore engineerings and improve the economics. In area of repairing pipelines, the suction foundation can be used as a pipeline supporting base going through a soft soil segment.a temporary chamber for pipeline repairing or used as a device in lifting up an existing pipeline. In this paper, the possible usages of suction foundation for repairing offshore pipelines are introduced, and the engineering experience of the "dry work type"chamber with suction foundation for repairing the Boxi gas pipeline is concisely presented.
