摘    要:采用硫酸铜,硫酸亚锡为主盐的置换反应浸地在钢铁件表面制得金黄色铜锡合金层。通过添加含氟系阴离子及羟基系阴离子的络合剂,控制铜,锡离子的置换反应速度,获得15%-39%铜含量的合金镀层,外观呈18-22K金色,膜层结合力好,耐蚀性优良。

Abstract:Golden copper-tin alloy deposit was obtained on surface of steel and iron articles by immersion plating process with exchange reaction in which copper sulfate and stannous sulfate was used as main salt. By addition of chelating agent containing fluoride and carboxyl anion, rate of exchange reaction for cupric and stannous ions could be controlled. Copper-tin alloy with 15%-39% copper which has 18 to 22 K golden appearance, good adhesion and corrosion resistance can be deposited.
