摘    要:以某型车用发动机连杆为研究对象,采用有限元法作为主要研究手段,选用UG和ANSYS软件作为实体建模和有限元分析的工具,对连杆进行强度分析,确定其在危险工况下的应力分布,找出薄弱环节,为连杆的设计提供理论依据。

Abstract:A vehicular engine connecting rod was selected as research object in this paper,using the finite element method as major study tool and choosing the UG and ANSYS software for solid modeling and finite element analysising.Through strength analysis of the connecting rod,determine it's stress distribution in dangerous operating conditions,identify weak links,in order to provide a theoretical basis for the design of connecting rod.
