聚丙烯腈的合成与碳纤维制备

摘    要:利用丙烯腈与衣糠酸在二甲基亚砜/水(DMSO/H2O)中的共聚合,通过调整DMSO/H2O的配比,可以调节聚合物的粘均分子量,提高聚合物的粘均分子量.聚合物经过汽提除去水,添加适量的DMSO溶剂配制成10%左右的放丝溶液,经干—湿法纺丝得到高强聚丙烯腈原丝,最终可以明显提高碳纤维的强度.

Abstract:Higher molecular weight polyacrylonitrile(PAN) is obtained by copolymerization of itaconic acid(IA) and acrylonitrile(AN) which are carried out in DMSO/H_2O.Viscous average molecular weight and the conversion change with the change of the ratio of DMSO/H_2O or AN/IA.When the co-polymerization is finished,the resulting polymers are stripped to remove the most majority of water,added enough DMSO to obtain ca.10 wt.% spinning solution.Then,as-spun fibers are obtained through a dry-wet spinning method.High tensile strength carbon fibers are developed from the precursor fibers which are thermally stabilized and carbonized.
