异步电动机的功率密度与转矩密度分析

摘    要:从电动机功率密度及转矩密度的定义出发,以Y2系列(IP54)三相异步电动机的技术数据为依据,对Y2系列部分型号规格的异步电动机的功率密度及转矩密度进行了详细的计算,对计算结果进行了分析和比较,并通过图表形式给出了不同极数、不同功率等级电动机的功率密度及转矩密度的变化情况。本文所分析的是一般用途基本系列电动机的功率密度和转矩密度情况,其结果可以用来作为一种基本参照标准,对研究与设计其它高功率和高转矩密度电机具有一定的参考价值。

Abstract:Starting from the definition of motor power and torque density, the paper calculates the motor power and torque density of Y2 range of three-phase induction motors of IP 54 in detail, analyzes and comprises the calculation results, and give the changing conditions of motor power and torque density of the motor with different no. of poles and output. In the paper, the motor power and torque density is about general basic ranges of motor. The result can be a basic reference and has some reference value for research and design of other motors with higher motor power and high torque density.
