摘    要:预应力低松弛钢绞线生产过程中张力的稳定性直接影响到钢绞线的松弛性和使用安全。钢绞线机组的张力控制系统由张力专用控制装置、逻辑控制系统构成 ,具有张力控制平稳可靠、控制精度高、价格低、节能的重要特点。经过长期运行证明 :该系统故障率几乎为零 ,抗干扰能力强 ,节能效果明显。

Abstract:The tensile stability in the course of low relaxation PC stranded wire production affects the relaxation property and safe use of stranded wire directly. The tensile control system of the stranded wire unit is made up of special tensile control apparatus and logical control system, which has the characteristics such as stable and reliable tensile control, high control precision, low cost and energy saving. It is proved by long time run that the fault rate of the system is almost zero, the capability of anti jamming is strong and the effect of energy saving is obvious.
