150型柴油机气缸盖的有限元强度分析

摘    要:建立了气缸盖及相关零件的三维实体模型,并基于实体模型建立了三维有限元静态分析模型.计算出150型柴油机气缸盖在预紧工况和爆发工况的应力数值,并且通过试验验证了结果的正确性,根据计算结果分析了此缸盖.采用此有限元方法计算的结果准确,计算数据为分析气缸盖的断裂原因提供了依据.

Abstract:3-D solid models of the cylinder cover and the relevant parts are established and on this basis, static 3-D finite element analytical model is also established. The stress value of the 150 diesel cylinder cover is calculated at the pre-fixing and the outbreak working situation, and correctness of results is testified by the experiments, this cylinder cover is analyzed according to calculated results. Calculated results are accurate by use of this analytical finite element(FEM) method. Calculated data offers the basis for analyzing the rupture reason of cylinder cover.
