PEEK绝缘电线的挤出工艺

摘    要:利用高温挤出机,将特种工程塑料PEEK(聚醚醚酮)作为绝缘料,挤覆在导电线芯上,采用逐级冷却加工方法制作了绝缘电线。该绝缘电线具有耐高温、耐高温水蒸气、耐腐蚀、耐辐射的优良性能。

Abstract:Using high temperature extruder and engineering plastics PEEK to extrude on conductor, after cooled step by step insulated wire is produced. This kind of wire features high temperature and water vapor resistant, corrosion resistant, and radiation resistant.
