| 摘 要： | 进口设备电气控制系统的国产化改造是一项复杂和细致的工作。首先对改造前英国Holton公司20世纪90年代生产的铝管外导体挤压生产线的电气系统设备状态进行了评估,然后拟定了改造方案,对控制系统的主控系统及操作界面进行了改造,在随后的生产线运行调试中使整条生产线的设备性能和操作方式与原有生产线大致相同。最终使该生产线的电气控制系统的改造取得良好效果。

| Abstract: | The localization transformation of the control system of the imported equipment is a complex and detailed work. Firstly the status of the electrical system equipment of aluminum tube outer conductor extrusion line imported from Holton in UK in 1990＇s is assessed, then the transformation scheme is developed, and the main control system and operation interface of the control system are transformed, the commissioning results show that the performance and operation of the transformed line is nearly the same with those of the original line, and the transformation has got good effect. |
