摘    要:介绍一种新型的基于光纤光栅应变传感特性的金属腐蚀传感器。实验中,传感器被放置在腐蚀液中,并使用MOI SM125波长解调仪监测光纤光栅反射谱中心波长。加速腐蚀实验持续大约7 h,结束时应变片被腐蚀的厚度为1.2 mm,光栅反射谱中心波长偏移了约4 nm。实验结果证明了该传感器设计的合理性和在实际应用中的可能性,同时也讨论将该种传感器投入实用所需要进行的改进。

Abstract:A new type of metal corrosion sensor based on the strain sensitive characteristics of fiber Bragg grating (FBG) is presented. In the experiment the sensor is placed in corrosive solution, and a MOI SM125 optical sensing interrogater is used to monitor the peak wavelength of the FBG. The accelerated corrosion experiment takes about 7 h, at the end the metal bar is corroded 1.2 mm in thickness, and the central wavelength is red-shifted about 4 nm. The experimental results show the rationality and the feasibility in practical application. In addition some improvements are discussed for putting the sensor in practical application.
