摘    要:从几何和运动两个角度提出了一种新的复杂曲面NC程序验证仿真环境的有效建立方法:首先提出了四级分解准则的几何建模方法,使虚拟几何验证环境能够按照由简致繁的层次化建模方法实现;然后,提出了用于实现多轴(五轴)数控加工中心运动仿真的二叉有向构造图和结构运动特性矩阵,有效地将加工设备的几何结构信息和运动方式信息集成在一起,方便了运动仿真算法对数据的处理。文中还给出了基于该环境的运动仿真实例。

Abstract:An efficient model of the virtual environment of NC program verification is presented for sculptured surface through analyzing the geometric structure and motion characteristics of machining center, and the four level decomposing rules are built according to the hierarchical modeling method from simpleness to complexity. Then, the concepts of structure of bintree with direction and structure motion characteristic matrix for motion simulation are presented. An practice example based on the model is given.
