水平布管重力型分离式热管实验研究

摘    要:为了研究水平布管重力型分离式热管在空调余热回收领域的应用,本文设计了分离式热管的实验装置,进行了充液率的实验研究,并借助红外热力成像仪,首次应用图像可视化分析了不同充液率条件下热管蒸发器的工作状态。研究结果表明:热管的换热量随充液率的不同而发生变化,最佳充液率为45%~52%。通过能效比分析,最佳充液率时其能效比能达到8.4,表明水平布管重力型分离式热管节能效果显著,具有推广价值。

Abstract:In this paper, experiments are conducted to study filling rates of horizontal - pipe gravitational separate heat pipe based on the device of separate heat pipes designed by ourselves, in order to study the gravitational separate heat pipe applications in the field of air - conditioning waste heat recovery. With the help of the infrared thermal imager, the evaporator working conditions are analyzed visually in differ- ent filling rates for the first time. The experimental results show that heat exchange changes with different filling rates. In this condition, the optimum filling rate is from 45% to 52%. The energy efficiency ratio is 8.4 in the optimum filling rate. It shows that the energy saving effect of horizontal - pipe gravitational seoarate heat pipe is remarkable ,which is worth promoting.
