电能计量管理系统开发与应用

近几年来,电能计量管理工作受到社会各方的高度重视,由于电能计量管理涉及的范围比较广、内容非常丰富,传统的管理方式与手段难以满足当前新形势的需要,实现电能计量管理工作的信息化势在必行.本文介绍了电能计量管理系统的开发过程及主要实现技术,该系统主要包括关口计量设备管理、计量标准装置管理、计量人员及证书管理和计量器具质量监督管理等四个业务子系统,具备关口计量设备、计量标准装置生命周期管理和计量器具质量跟踪功能,在省网层面上实现了电能计量管理主要业务的流程化、信息化和网络化.该系统在广东电网公司开展计量管理工作中发挥重要的作用,取得了良好的应用效果.
