超临界600 MW汽轮机的快速冷却研究及应用

摘    要:研究了超临界600 MW汽轮机快速冷却的方法和系统的组成,计算分析了多种快速冷却过程中转子温度场和应力场的分布,以及快速冷却对转子寿命的影响,提出了适合超临界600 MW机组快速冷却的基本技术要求。

Abstract:Ways of and systems for swift cooling-down of 600 MW supercritical steam turbines are explored.An account of the basic technical requirements asked for by swift cooling-down of such sets,is being rendered,following a previously performed calculation and analysis of temperature and stress distribution in the rotors,caused by different cooling processes,as well as their effect on the rotor's life expectancy.
