H型钢数字化加热炉节能实践

摘    要:对H型钢数字化加热炉实施了炉型改进、辐射体技术应用、燃烧系统精度提高、空气换热器优化设计、炉体绝热等系列节能工艺技术改造措施。结果表明,燃耗指标降低了19%,加热质量得到改善,氧化烧损进一步降低。为数字化加热炉在国内的推广应用提供了可借鉴的经验。

Abstract:Series of energy-saving technical remoulding measures, including furnace type improvement, radiator technology application, combustion system to precision augment, air heat exchanger optimum design, furnace body insulation, etc, are used in H section digital heating furnace to reduce fuel consumption target of 19%, to improve heating quality and to make scaling losses down. This project supplies referential experience for digital furnace technology generalization and application in China.
