基于FTA方法的潜油电泵故障分析

摘    要:利用FTA(事故树)分析法原理对潜油电泵的故障进行了分析,绘制了潜油电泵的故障树、求解了它的最小割集、最小径集和结构函数。对其结构重要度进行排序,找出了电泵系统的薄弱环节,给设计和应用提供参考依据,也为进一步实现潜油电泵故障诊断系统开发提供了条件。

Abstract:The faults of electric submersible pump were analyzed by using fault tree analysis. The fault tree of the electric submersible pump was drawn and the minimum cut sets, minimum path sets and structure function were solved. The structure importance level was ranged and the weak part of electric pump system was found out, providing reference basis for designing and application, and condition for the further development of fault diagnosis system of electric submersible pump.
