摘    要:利用SHS技术制备了性能优良的TiB2—40%Cu基复合材料。SHS工艺参数主要包括压坯相对密度、压坯轴向压力、预压力、延迟时间、高压压力、高温保压时间等,对这些参数和材料性能之间的关系进行了探讨。为了研究不同的延迟时间、高压压力和高温保压时间对材料致密度的影响,设计了一个三因素、三水平的正交试验。结果表明,TiB2—40%Cu基复合材料的SHS最佳工艺参数为压坯相对密度为59.0%,压坯轴向压力为135MPa,预压力为18MPa,延迟时间为7s,高压压力为360MPa,高温保压时间为10s。

Abstract:TiB 2-40wt%Cu composite was fabricated by Self-propagating High-temperature Synthesis (SHS). The relations between properties and SHS processing parameters, including relative density of preform, axial pressing pressure of preform, preliminary pressing pressure, delay time, high pressing pressure, holding time were examined. To investigate the effect of delay time, high pressing pressure and holding time on the relative density of TiB 2-40wt%Cu composite, the three-factor, three-level orthogonal test was designed. The results are shown that optimal processing parameters: relative density of 59.0%, axial pressing pressure of perform of 135MPa, preliminary pressing pressure of 18MPa, delay time of 7s, high pressing pressure of 360MPa, and holding time of 10s.
