摘    要:着重研究了基于图论的相量测量单元PMU(Phasor Measurement Unit)配置方法.引入测量树的概念,提出了一种新的寻找最佳PMU配置点的规则.并由此得到最大测量树法MMT(MaximalMeasurement Tree),该方法以任一母线为起始母线,以能够提供最大的测量树为目标配置PMU.在实际算例中分别对IEEE 14、IEEE39、IEEIE 118系统进行仿真计算,根据计算结果比较了最大测量树方法以及末端节点法、深度优先法DFS(Depth First Search)和模拟退火法SA(Simulated Annealing)的优缺点.算例表明:MMT法可以获得最少PMU配置数目,相比SA法有较高的效率和较快的收敛速度.最后,分别利用最大测量树法和末端节点法实现了江西电网PMU优化配置.

Abstract:The PMU(Phasor Measurement Unit) disposition based on map topology is studied. With the concept of measurement tree,the rule of searching optimal PMU allocation point is put forward and the disposition method is thus called MMT(Maximal Measurement Tree). It starts from any bus and dispose PMUs to obtain the maximal measurement tree. The MMT simulations are carried out for IEEE 14 - bus system,IEEE 39 - bus system and IEEE 118 - bus system and the results are compared with those of other methods:DFS(Depth First Search),SA(Simulated Annealing) and single - shot which demonstrates that,the number of PMU of MMT is the least and MMT is better in efficiency and convergence speed than SA. The optimal PMU disposition of Jiangxi power system is planned by MMT and single - shot respectively.
