摘    要:在介绍多种无损检测方法对裂纹深度测量的基础上,提出了将频率扫描技术应用到交变磁场测量中,利用垂直工件表面的磁场强度在该点磁场强度中的比值作为特征量,实现对缺陷深度的测量的方法。对该测量方法进行了详尽的阐述,实验结果证明该方法可以实现对裂纹深度的测量。文中还对影响测量的多种因素进行了分析。

Abstract:On the basis of some kind of methods to identify crack depth,the frequency scan method was applied in the alternative field measurement to give the information of depth of flaw.It was realized by use of the ratio which shows the percentage of the magnetic intensity to be character.This method was expounded and some results was explained for the other factors which effect the measurement of the crack depth.
