焦炉加热智能自适应控制系统的研究与应用

摘    要:焦炉的加热过程是单个燃烧室间歇、全炉连续、受多种因素干扰的热工过程,是典型的大惯性、非线性、时变的复杂系统。直行温度受多种因素的影响,采用常规的控制方法难以将直行温度控制到精确范围内,焦炉生产过程既受连续时间信号驱动、又受离散事件信号驱动。本文将焦炉作为一类混合系统,研究并开发了焦炉加热智能自适应控制系统。系统采用多种控制策略,在南昌钢铁有限责任公司焦化厂投入生产运行后,取得了良好控制效果。

Abstract:The heating process of coke oven is complex plant with the characteristics of large time-delay, strong non-linear, large inertia and the interferential with single firebox intermission, concatenation of the whole of the coke, multi-complication. The mean flue temperature is affected by many factors and it is diffcult to control the temperature to required precision by the normal control methods. The dynanfic process of the coke oven is driven by both continuous state variables and discrete state variables. In this paper, the coke oven is thouglit as a kind of hybrid systems, the coke oven heating inteUigent adaptive control system is developed. The control system is adopted multi-control strategy. The good performance of control can be obtained in its application in Coking Plant of Nanchang Steel and Iron Co.,Ltd.
