超声波辅助酶法提取榛子壳色素工艺条件的研究

摘    要:文章研究了榛子壳色素的提取工艺条件,为综合利用榛子壳,开发天然色素提供科学依据。采用超声波辅助纤维素酶提取榛子壳色素,通过单因素和正交试验确定了其最佳提取条件:酶用量为2.2%,液固比15:1,超声时间25min,超声功率300W。在此条件下测得的吸光值为0.832。实验结果表明超声波辅助酶法能更好的提取榛子壳色素,为榛子壳色素的进一步研究打下了基础。

Abstract:In this paper,we studied the hazelnut shells pigment extraction conditions for the comprehensive utilization of hazelnut shells,the development of natural pigments to provide a scientific basis.Hazelnut shells were used to pigment by ultrasonic-assisted enzymatic extraction method,by single factor and orthogonal tests to determine the best extraction conditions:enzyme dosage of 1.8%,tmie 30 min,rate of liquid and solid 15:1,power 400 W.Under this condition the measured Absorbance value of 0.832.The experime...
