基于虚拟现实大型矿山机械建模研究

摘    要:在煤矿安全虚拟现实仿真系统中,需要仿真大型矿山机械开采过程。因此,对大型矿山机械的建模尤为重要。由于矿山机械组件的复杂性,对矿山机械建模的要求更高。对矿山机械建模的方法、算法、流程以及对连采机、采煤机的结合部的复杂建模进行详述。建模方法主要采用无约束自由建模法和曲面建模(NURBS)法。

Reserch of Modeling Large-scale Machinery Based on Virtual Reality
Abstract:In the virtual reality simulation system of coal mine safety,it is necessary to simulate mining process of the large-scale mine machinery.Therefore,modeling large mining machinery is particularly important.For the complexity of mining machinery components,the demand of mining machinery modeling is higher.The mining machinery modeling methods,algorithms,processes,and complexity modeling of the junction between continuous miner and coal shearer were in detail described.Modeling approach adopts mainly non-binding freedom of modeling method and surface modeling(NURBS) method.
