摘    要:通过在原杆式泵的外工作筒上增设一个沉砂环形空腔, 在内工作筒出油接头下部增设一个鼠笼式弹性扶正器, 设计出一种新型沉砂扶正杆式泵。泵的沉砂环空与进油管空腔互不相通, 可防止油井出砂卡泵, 提高了二次检泵成功率; 弹性扶正器消除了泵体上端的自由摆动, 改善了泵的工作受力状态, 延长了泵的使用寿命。35 口井的现场应用表明, 新型沉砂扶正杆式泵达到了设计要求, 提高了单井产液量, 降低了作业成本, 取得了明显的经济效益。

Abstract:A new rod pump is developed by modifying the existing rod pump. A annular cavity for sand falling out is added on the external working barrel and an elastic centralizer is fixed on the internal working barrel. There is no passage between the sand falling out cavity and the oil intake access, therefore pump plugging caused by sand can be avoided. By adopting the elastic centralizer, the free swing of the upper end of the pump body can be eliminated, the force condition of the pump is improved, thereby the service life of the pump can be extended. Field application shows that, by using the new rod pump, single well productivity is improved, the cost of production is lowered, remarkable economic benefit is achieved.
