摘    要:网络在工业控制领域的应用日益广泛,嵌入式以太网具有良好的应用前景。为了在工业控制系统中实现百兆网络的通信,凭借LAN91C111的MAC+PHY接口特性,利用ARM920T处理器S3C2440在WinCE5.0下编写驱动程序控制LAN91C111,结果表明,该驱动能很好地运行在WinCE5.0平台上,利用Lan91C111有效的实现了百兆网络通信。文章介绍了SMSC公司生产的嵌入式以太网控制器LAN91C111的原理和主要特点,给出了LAN91C111和S3C2440构成嵌入式以太网接口的设计实例,并j说明了硬件和软件设计。经过实验证明,采用该设计方案的产品,运行稳定,该方案具有较高的性价比和实用价值。

Abstract:The network has been widely used in the industrial control fields, and the embedded Ethemet has the good application prospect. In order to implement transmission network communication of 100Mb/s in the industrial control system, LAN91C111 is controlled with the aid of characteristics of MAC+PHY interface of LAN91Clll and by ARM920T processor $3C2440 writing the driver under WinCE 5.0. Experimental restdts show that the driver has very good operation on WinCE5.0 platform, and realizes ~ansmission network communication of 100Mb/s by LAN91Clll effectively. The paper introduces the principle and main characteristics of embedded Ethemet controller LAN91C111 manufactured by SMSC, and describes network interface example based on LAN91C111 and $3C2440, and gives network interface driver software methods. The result of experimentation proves that the product designed by this scheme runs stably, and this scheme has higher cost-effectiveness and use value.
