蚯蚓体表电位的测定及其与运动的关系

摘    要:本文用几种方法测定了蚯蚓静息和运动状态中体表不同部位的电位。结果表明,静息时体表电位为零;运动中头部、体中部和尾部的单环间体表电位变化分别为21±11,11±6.6和11±4.0毫伏(X±SD)。体表电位的幅度、时程、波形和频率与蚯蚓的运动状态密切相关。

Abstract:For further investigation of earthworm machnism of reducing soil adhesion to advance a tentative idea on bionic reducing soil adhesion to terrain-machines, we measured the earthworm skin potential and researched its relation ship between the earthworm skin potential and the movement.The earthworm skin potential at rest approximates to 0 mV, but the skin potentials of a single segment on the head, trunk and tail at moving are 21±11, 11±6. 6 and 11±4. 0 mV (X±SD) respectively. The maxmum potential amplitude on head is about 40 mV. The amplitude, duration , frequency and shape of potential are closely related to the state of movement.
