| 摘 要： | 在Ｆ－Ｓ理论的基础上，考虑表面和晶界的散射，给出了超薄金属膜的电导率与厚度的关系式，与超薄铝膜的电导率随厚度变化的实验结果对比表明，计算曲线与实验曲线符合得较好。

| Abstract: | Based on Fuchs-Sondheimer theory, and taking into account the scattering of surfaces and grain boundary, the ralationship between electric conductivity and thickness of ultrathin metallic films and a comparison to the experiment result for Al films are given. It is found that the calculated curves agree well with the experimental results. |
