超薄金属膜的电导特性

摘    要:在F-S理论的基础上,考虑表面和晶界的散射,给出了超薄金属膜的电导率与厚度的关系式,与超薄铝膜的电导率随厚度变化的实验结果对比表明,计算曲线与实验曲线符合得较好。

Abstract:Based on Fuchs-Sondheimer theory, and taking into account the scattering of surfaces and grain boundary, the ralationship between electric conductivity and thickness of ultrathin metallic films and a comparison to the experiment result for Al films are given. It is found that the calculated curves agree well with the experimental results.
