| 摘 要： | 本文提供了基于喷射沉积过程的整体计算模型的系统优化软件。在计算模型中，对该过程众多参数进行了细致的考虑，并作适当简化，以节省计算时间输入不同工艺参数，可直接预测沉积坯特性，以便选择合理参数。该软件经多次实验验证，误差较低。

| Abstract: | A computer software to optimize the spray deposition process is designed based on thecomputer modeling. In this model most important process parameters are considered and some simulationsare simplified to shorten calculating time. As changing process parameters the property of deposits canbe predicted and it is helpful to select the best parameters. This software with graphic user interface isprogrammed under Chinese Windows system and has been verified to be accurate. |
