钢液直接定铝传感器的研究

摘    要:利用ZrO2(MgO)固体电解质和(Al2O3+Na3AlF6)辅助电极组成定铝电池。实验结果表明:当该定铝传感器插入钢液后,10s左右即可获得稳定的电动态;所得电动势和Al的Henry活度之间符合理论关系。在1823-1873K下进行测定时发现,温度对电池电动势的影响不大。该传感器的响应速度快,测量的准确性较高,可以满足工业应用的要求。

Abstract:A new kind of auxiliary electrode (Al 2 O 3 Na 3 AlF 6 ) for aluminium sensor has been developed. The aluminium concentrations in molten steel were measured using ZrO 2 (MgO) solid electrolyte sensor equipped with the new auxiliary electrode. The results show that the measured EMFs reach a stable value within 10 s after immersion of the developed aluminium probe into melt and the relation between measured EMFs and aluminium activities corresponds with the theoretical calculation. The measured EMFs were nearly independent of measured temperature from 1823 K to 1873 K.The rapid response and accuracy of the aluminium probe developed meet the neets of industry contral at plant.
