不锈钢/Al固液轧制复合过程温度场模拟

摘    要:通过分析固液相轧制复合不锈钢/Al工艺的特点,对轧制复合过程的边界条件进行了简化,利用能量平衡法和有限差分方法推导了数学模型,并计算了固液相轧制复合时的温度场和极限轧制速度,其结果与实验时所测得的值基本相符。

Abstract:Based on analyzing the characteristic of liquid-solid rolling bonding which is used toproduce stainless steel/Al clad plates ,the boundary condition was simplified, the energy balance and finitedifference method were adopted to deduce the mathematical model, the model was used to calculate thetemperature field and the maximum rolling speed of the process, the result was closed to the measuredone. The calculated result was useful to the research.
