| 摘 要： | 本文介绍了农用地价格内涵、农用地价格研究的必要性及农用地价格构成,着重分析了农用地价格涨落机理:即农用地价格受地租量、贴现率、通货膨胀率和农用地供求等因素影响起伏涨落。

| Abstract: | The price of agricultural land,the necessity of research on the price of agricultural land and the structure of agricultural land price are introduced in this paper.The mechanism of the rise and fall of agricultural land price is emphasized as well.Such factors as quantity of land rent, rate of discount,inflation rate,supply and demand of the agricultural land influence the rise and fall of agricultural land price. |
