臭氧处理对油菜籽储藏品质的影响

摘    要:探讨经过臭氧处理的油菜籽品质变化。将当年新收获的油菜籽储藏在不同温度条件下,定时对油菜籽用不同质量浓度的臭氧处理,每10d对油菜籽的发芽率、含油量和菌落总数等品质指标进行1次检测。结果表明:臭氧质量浓度为0μg/mL(对照)时,发芽率降低最为明显,温度、时间和臭氧质量浓度对发芽率影响极显著(P<0.01),且交互作用明显;不同储藏因素对油菜籽含油量影响大小顺序为储藏时间>储藏温度>臭氧质量浓度;不同质量浓度臭氧处理均可以有效抑制霉菌的增长,且在高温条件下抑制效果最为明显。
