基于振镜的等分插补算法及实现

摘    要:通过对各种插补算法和振镜扫描工作原理的研究,笔者推导出基于振镜的等分插补算法。而且在VB下对该算法进行了仿真,最后该算法在UV 355激光PCB柔性加工机床上实现了对振镜运动的控制,该算法与其它插补算法相比具有算法简单、切口平滑、精度高、控制简单等优点。

Abstract:By study on the method of all kinds of interpolation algorithm and the working principle of galvanometer scanning,the author not only deduces the mathematical expression of part interpolation based on galvanometric,but also imitates it by VB program.Finally,it is realized to control galvanometric moving by UV 355 laser PCB flexible processing machine.In comparison with other interpolation algorithms,there are many good characteristics,such as smoothness,high-accuracy,simpler algorithm,easier control and soon.
